I’ve hit the five day mark in my weight loss adventure, and I can honestly say everything has been going well so far. The Paleo diet has been super easy to stick to, the pro and con to paleo is I’m relatively new to the whole Paleo lifestyle, but I get to research and learn new bits of information!
Along with my Paleo diet, I’ve been aiming to drink as much water as I possibly can. To make sure I was meeting a good water goal, I downloaded a app to my phone to help me track my daily water intake. I haven’t added exercise as of yet, for my job involves ALOT OF WALKING. So for now I’ll stick with that. I wish I had more to put in this update.
STARTING WEIGHT: 160lbs
CURRENT WEIGHT: 153
GOAL WEIGHT: 130
THATS RIGHT I LOST 7LBS IN 5 DAYS!!!!!!!!
